This was a great purchase until one of our cats overshot the box and got the screen wet….the smell won’t come out since it’s a FABRIC screen. Should be sealed wood or better yet plastic. Good while it lasted. Need to find a new one that is plastic/wood. Don’t buy this unless your box is covered.

I have had some screens that were basically cardboard and fell over all the time, this one is heavy, stands up well and is very sturdy, even when my cat paws at it. The one I received is bright blue (like the picture) on one side and a bright purple pattern on the other, so it doesn’t really blend in with the surroundings. I should also mention that if you have a cat that sprays, or pees outside of the box the board will be ruined because it isn’t washable (except wiping down the surface), but that is how most of the litter screens are made anyway. I have paid a lot more for other brands that weren’t as sturdy, and tossed them out for the same reason.
