This cage is awesome. I have a very large syrian hamster and she is quite the escape artist. But, she can’t seem to get out of this one and she’s very content. It’s also fun seeing her run around in all of the tunnels or climb up the stairs to eat the food. The opening to the cage is very nice. It’s not a metal door, instead it just folds up giving you a lot more space to put toys in etc. Very easy to set up (if you follow directions) and comes with lots of tunnels. I would recommend this product to anybody!

My hamsters love the two little hideouts and run through the tubes all night. The only thing is the wheel gets squeaky after awhile, but that’s an easy fix if you put some kind of lubricant that’s safe for hamsters on the axel. What I really love about it is the lock rings. The make the Habitrail very sturdy.
