Question by ~Trish_Lita Fan~: Is there a less expension version of the furminator that works just as good?
My dog is a shiba inu, germans shepard mix around 50 pounds. she needs something for her fur really bad but i dont want to put out a whole lot of money if there’s something cheaper out there that works just as good. any suggestions?

If your dogs have shorter hair then a shedding blade might do the trick. 
My last dog was a shepherd/rhodesian ridgeback mix and I used that and a flea comb to brush him out. He shed a lot as well.
I got my shedding blade at walmart, I don’t remember the exact cost but it wasn’t that expensive. Just make sure not to go against the grain of the hair, it can hurt them if you do.
